Colony Cooks, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”) values your privacy. By visiting the Site, or using any of our Services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Site or Services.

Information We Collect Directly From You. We generally do not collect personal information from visitors of our Site. We may collect your name and email address if you contact us about our Site or Service or if you sign up for email or newsletter that we may offer through Site.

If you are a driver for a service that provides delivery services on behalf of the restaurants that are listed on our Site, or if you are a customer picking up an order, we ask for your cell phone number and information about the delivery so that we can track the order and delivery. We use this phone number to track and contact you about the delivery and our other promotions. We retain and store this information to manage future potential pickups of orders.

Tray: You can order certain products and services through the Site, but such orders are managed by Tray, a third-party service provider. They are solely responsible for the collection and use of the personal information that you provide in connection with this ordering process. Their privacy policy is located at www.tray.com/privacy. Information We Collect Automatically. California Privacy Notice

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who have provided personal information to Colony Cooks, Inc. may obtain information regarding Colony Cooks, Inc.’s disclosures, if any, of personal information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. Requests must be submitted to the following address: info@colonycooks.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a California Privacy Disclosure, which will include a list of certain categories of personal information disclosed during the preceding calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of the third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.
