Colony respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you browse and order from our restaurant collective, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, email, delivery addresses, and order history — as well as information needed to fulfill orders, such as the addresses and searches you enter while browsing. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we store only limited card details (such as the brand and last four digits) to help you check out faster.
How we use it
We use your information to take and deliver your orders, support group orders, provide customer service, improve our menus and recommendations, and keep our service secure.
Sharing
We share information with the kitchens fulfilling your order, our delivery partners, and our payment processor — only as needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can review and update your saved addresses, payment methods, and profile details from your account at any time, or contact us to request deletion of your data.
