Information We Collect Directly From You. We generally do not collect personal information from visitors of our Site. We may collect your name and email address if you contact us about our Site or Service or if you sign up for email or newsletter that we may offer through Site.
If you are a driver for a service that provides delivery services on behalf of the restaurants that are listed on our Site, or if you are a customer picking up an order, we ask for your cell phone number and information about the delivery so that we can track the order and delivery. We use this phone number to track and contact you about the delivery and our other promotions. We retain and store this information to manage future potential pickups of orders.

Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a California Privacy Disclosure, which will include a list of certain categories of personal information disclosed during the preceding calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of the third parties.
